Human depravity is displayed in the progressive insanity of the human race. The historical record of mankind shows this continued progression of insanity. It is rather ironic that many of the insane godless depraved people of the world today like to identify themselves as “Progressives”.
Before the flood, the Bible tells us that human depravity was so bad that God started the human race over again with just eight people. World history since the flood shows the progressive human depravity displayed in the countless wars over the centuries.
In latter days, the wars have progressed to world wars and these world wars will progress to the point where they threaten the existence of the entire human race. Of course, war on earth is just one example of the progressive insanity of the human race. Human depravity is displayed in all sinful activity.
The Bible teaches progressive insanity will be displayed on earth until the Lord comes back and temporally cleanses the earth of the depraved. There will be one thousand years of righteous kingdom rule by Jesus and his saints, but human depravity once more will be displayed with the final rebellion of man. At that time, God will judge all evil and then a new heaven and earth will be created where depravity will not exist.
Those that hear or watch media news will find plenty of examples daily that document the progressive insanity of the fallen human race. My previous article documents some of the human depravity displayed in 2015 so I will not repeat that documentation here.
Besides the progressive insanity that we find through history and that is displayed in current affairs, I think the key markers of human progressive insanity is what humans have come to believe about their own Creator.
- Most Jews do not follow YHWH, their Messiah, or the teaching of their own scriptures. They deny their Creator.
- Muslims follow the teaching of a depraved false prophet. They deny that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died to pay for sin. Islam teaches world conquest and submission to their creator. They think this will be achieved by humanly depraved Muslims forcing others to submit to their own depraved man-made religion.
- Hindus worship the creation rather than the Creator. They have thousands of gods that are not gods at all.
- Buddhists worship the creator they find within themselves. The creator they believe in is something that exists only in their own imagination.
- Most “Christians” selectively choose what they want to believe about the Creator. Most do not even believe His written word. They have no foundation for their beliefs and they continually show it.
- Most of the rest of the human race either deny any existence of a Creator, or they worship something in the Creator’s creation. Some dementedly think that mankind collectively is the Creator.
If alien beings are watching affairs on earth, one conclusion that seems logical is that they would believe that the earth is an insane asylum (because of the fall into sin – it is). The truth is that there are alien beings watching over the human race. They are called watchers or angels.
Daniel 4:17 suggests that these watchers were particular concerned with the sin of pride of world rulers. Maybe that is because pride caused Satan’s rebellion against God. Nebuchadnezzar became so proud that he apparently thought that he was some kind of a god. He even make a golden image of himself and forced people to fall down and worship it. Nebuchadnezzar was warned by Daniel about his pride, but obviously Nebuchadnezzar thought what Daniel said could not happen to someone as great as him.
After Nebuchadnezzar claimed to have built Babylon by his own power and through his own majesty, the watchers determined that Nebuchadnezzar needed to learn that the most High ruled on earth and He gives authority to whomsoever He wished.
As an example to Nebuchadnezzar and all living, the angelic watchers determined that Nebuchadnezzar should be demoted to the rank of a beast. Nebuchadnezzar lived like an animal for seven years until he came to his right mind and acknowledged the fact that there is a God in heaven that rules over all.
Like the saying goes, those that do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. In the last days, another like Nebuchadnezzar will arise. He will claim to be above anything called God, however, God calls him a Beast. This Beast will also demand to be worshiped as God and he also will set up an image of himself for mankind to worship.
The Beast Antichrist will act out the lie that man could become God. The same lie that Satan suggested, and that resulted in the fall of Adam.
The angelic watchers in the Revelation judgments will be given the task to carry out God’s judgment on those that follow a Beast claiming to be God. He will not be restored like Nebuchadnezzar because God never appointed this Beast. He will rule by the authority and power of Satan for a brief time, but he will be destroyed by the coming of the rightful righteous King that God appointed to rule the world. All that worship the created Beast in place of the Creator will be cut off in the judgments carried out by angels and the return of King Jesus.
The Bible in Romans 1 warns about the human depravity that causes some of the following sins. They are seen in much abundance today:
adultery, fornication, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strife, seditions, heresies, envying, murders, drunkenness, revelings, unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, envy, deceit, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, covenant breakers, no natural affection, unmerciful.
What more needs to be said? The present progressive insanity displayed in the world is human depravity displayed on two levels. Those that like to see themselves as being “progressives” are deceiving themselves because the sins they deny or approve of show themselves to be among the insanely depraved. And because of human depravity the world in general is progressing toward its destruction. Humans now have the means and the mindset to destroy the whole earth.
Godless progressive insanity could only lead to the collective destruction of the human race. Jesus came to save the human race from this depravity caused self-annihilation. That is one reason why Jesus is called the Savior.

Interesting how sin simply gets “spun” under the name “progressive”. Changing the descriptive term can certainly distract from what is really taking place. Just like the terrorist attack at Ft. Hood being spun as “work place violence”. The continued lack of critical thinking skills contributes to deception through this marketing strategy.

Simply spoken I do not think he word sin is functional in our society. Most things that were labelled sin in the past are now very grey areas, and most people just think that as long as it doesn’t interfere with them it just fine. I see what has happened in Germany, on New Years eve when hundreds of young men raped and mugged women on the streets of Cologne. the press in Europe is being muffled, simply because they implied that these young men were Arab refugees,or migrants. Apparently this has happened in Sweden as well. Man has not turned to God, but I would bet that further violence of this nature in Europe is coming in the form of bloodshed. Man’s depravity is the norm for today, those that believe in Jesus and his Gospel are becoming few and far between. You simply just don’t see anything about God and his Christ in everyday life. The angel watchers must be reporting on the minute the things that are going on here on the earth. I certainly don’t think that what is coming is going to be good, My wife and I pray daily for our family that they would all come to know Christ.

I believe human depravity has been around since the beginning and has increased with the technology.Humans are no different from our early ancestors except for electronics that make life easier. The depravity is still there and is becoming more and more depraved as technology increases. But I believe the main reason of depravity is because of the false teaching of evolution. It has caused more depravity in mankind than anything. The science community has brainwashed the whole earth with their theories. Its nothing new. But humans seem to be attracted to the same old crap of denying the creator. The only solution to depravity is the Saviour.

It’s prophetic that King Nebuchadnezzar was demoted to the Rank of a lowly beast for seven years, for worshipping his own image. Didn’t the Lord himself say he would make the faithful the “head” and not the “tail”? Only Beasts have a tail. This SELFIE generation is addicted to technology. They are wholly dependent upon their Smart Phones for much of their existence and it’s growing worse. Now our credit cards can be downloaded “for our convenience”. Yeah, Right. This is a Trap. These foolish people who are taking endless Selfie pictures, amassing a huge social media following, are falling for the lie. Art Bell was not a Christian but I never got the impression that Bell was an atheist. Heck, he used to interview people like Malachi Martin. I think he might have even had Chuck Missler on.
I was just saying that I am a fan of science fiction and creative thinking. That also includes Christian Science fiction, for example, I read Tom Horn. I certainly do not believe his conjectures have anything much to do with real Bible prophecy nor does the people that Stearman hosts that claim direct revelation from God or get their “Bible prophecy” conjectures from extra-biblical pagan sources.

Yes, I am a premillennial pretrib believer and I believe the Bible is the word of God. Apparently you have read very little on my website or you would know my positions. I do have a search box to search these things but you have to do the search from my website homepage if you want everything that I wrote. On the other hand, if the nationalists now in power at the top are not supported by sufficient numbers of people in America, the left will try to overthrow them by any means possible. These camps for children are not what the leftist news sites you watch say they are. 80 percent of these children come across the border without their parents. The ones that are separated from their parents happen because their parents are locked up for breaking our laws. When parents of citizens of this country are locked up for breaking our laws the children do not get locked up with their parent. Since there are no relatives to put these children with and it only occurs until the parents get a judicial hearing. The children are well taken care of in these camps.
By the way, it is leftist judges that ruled that these under age immigrants could not be held with their parents for more than 20 days. They did that so the parents would not be held and would just be released into America until the hearings. However, the parents then go underground and do not show up for the hearings.

I certainly don’t have time to watch news media I catch up by Christian World News & Israel News once a week via dvr heck I don’t even watch typical tv programs I do get in my regular viewing of stuff like Less Feldick & R.C. Sproul.. Jewish Jesus, I always learn something from Kirt Schneider.. I catch up w/ Ken Ham programs, And Rapture Ready, I try to read the headlines & frequently spend more time w/ their articles.

As for the scripture you quoted. I suppose you listed them to make a point about immigration. However, The context of the passage about treating others is how the Jews were treated in the tribulation. The judgement is to determine who enters the Kingdom on earth and who is cut off. It is not talking about how Christians treat illegal aliens. Keep in mind, that Christian have already been judged for how they lived in their body at this point. It is not Christians that are being judged for how they treated the Lord’s brethren. It is those that survive the tribulation.
By the way, this is one of the most misused scriptures and it often is used by clueless Christians criticizing other Christians or others pushing the social justice false gospel.

My mom and I went to a restaurant near Portland, Oregon. The restaurant provides $20 credit for your birthday and we just have water to keep costs low.
Anyway, unfortunately many restaurants seat other people right next to your table in rows, so sometimes you can overhear others conversations when your trying hard not to. Frankly, we don’t like many people or their conversations.
A 40 something woman with two senior high school age girls sit at the next table. Unfortunately, I hear one of the girls say callously “I’ll cut your head off!” and the woman says “don’t speak to your mother that way” and the girl says “I was just kidding”.
I was astounded, yet becoming less surprised. Such wickedness and callous.
I guess I should bring earplugs next time or stay home to get away from the people.
The mother was taking the girl out to eat for her birthday.

What was even more disturbing was no one got up to defend her. Who was the eunuch who was with her who just sat there? Were there no other real men in the restaurant to defend her? She should have called 911 and said her life was being threatened which it was. This is a taste of what’s to come in the future. Also back in 2015 when all over the internet ppl talked about Marshall Law/FEMA camps moving around under the cover of darkness we were so convinced that Marshall Law would happen I had a truck driver ask me (we were talking) before the election would Marshall Law happen. It was not Trump that separated the children. It is the law. Trump just signing an executive order is not going to change that law. Next, the courts will say he cannot hold the children with their parents. Then you either let everyone come into the country or you deport everyone before a hearing and that would also break the law.
The American people are not transporting illegals into our nation. Those taking part in breaking laws of nations reap the consequence of breaking those laws whither they be Christians or heathens. If you do not like the laws, get them changed. Until then the law of the land prevails and Christians should obey the laws. By the way, these invaders know what they are getting into. I think we should create a buffer zone and bring in the FEMA camps for those looking to cross the border. I would venture to guess that many of them are actually refugees from Venezuela and the like. The flow is only going to get larger, and the border patrol cannot handle what’s coming now.
Now Mexico may see this as a declaration of war, but since they can’t or won’t stop it, then we need to. These camps could at least give us a chance to vet the people, while housing them and providing some form of care.

I always wondered why the left supports abortion while at the same time saying there is not enough natives having children, hence justifying importing the 3rd world. Then again nothing they do makes any logical sense….unless its an attempt at a NWO.

Good article and interesting reading the comments and seeing where we are now after a pandemic that may or may not be ending, and an election steal by the left, I am surprised no civil war has erupted yet. All of us mean white supremacists terrorist Trump supporters have been very restraint. The real reason being is most of us have at least some Christian beliefs, morals and sanity. We do not want violence especially with our fellow Americans, no matter how depraved they are. Seems many just want to sit back and wait for the rapture, or pray things turn around in 2022, 2024 elections. But the left will keep pushing and obviously do not play by the rules so at some point it will be time to push back, unless the rapture happens very, very soon.

I find it hard to believe that the depravity found in the days of Noah was worse than that found today, but I didn’t live back then. We used to have laws in our country that protected us from tyrants and thugs, but if the government becomes corrupt and allows more corruption, then we are not really that safe anymore are we? I think our house of cards is about to collapse.
The story of Nebuchadnezzar is interesting, and your point was well made, but I read links that showed Nebuchadnezzar was actually King Nabonitus. The authors came to this conclusion using old transcripts and documents found from that era. Even if Nabonitus was king, it would not change the story of God being the Supreme Being and allowing man to rule. He can set them up, or knock them down. If you should want to read what I read, then just google “Is Nebuchadnezzar really Nabonitus?” The part about Nebuchadnezzar would be just for your information.
The first dream that Daniel interpreted was definitely Nebuchadnezzar, but the one about the madness was Nabonitus (in my opinion.)

The word of God says it was Nebuchadnezzar. There are always scholars that seek to discredit information given in the Bible. Upon further study such “higher criticisms” are always proven wrong.
Allen, look further into “higher criticism”. You may use Andy Woods on youtube for that. It is one of the main reasons much of the church died out in Europe in the 1920’s and had a big ideological influence on bringing the theory of evolution to prominence. The convoluted and depraved thinking associated with the removal of the inerrancy of God’s word as a core value and the insertion of darwinian evolution have directly contributed to the destruction of a biblical worldview the world over in the last 100 years. You can direcrly trace much of the last centurie’s cultural and moral degredation to generational shifts after this. With higher criticism and evolution starting in the 20’s you got world war 2 and the holocaust. 20 years later the vietnam war and the hippie free love/drugs movement as well as the removal of prayer from schools followed shortly by widespread legalized abortion. The next 20 years brought moral relativism and free range kids(my generation). The last 20 years before now homosexuality was mainstreamed and now today culture is questioning whether gender is real and will soon be attempting to mainstream pedophilia etc. Without a moral reset it would seem humanity’s demise is imminent. I say all that to make the point abundantly clear, the Bible is innerant, anyone saying otherwise should not be given any credibility. It is a slippery slope that leads directly to destruction.

My Bible says the king was Nebuchadnezzar, so I will leave things at that. I fully understand the point that God does not err. God lets kingdoms rise, and then removes them because of wickedness. The Babylonian, Assyrian, and Persian Empires all died out due to wickedness. As a matter of fact, what empire, or nation, has remained faithful to God until the end? All of them eventually succumbed to sin because they were led by men; some of whom were very evil. The sins that Dawson mentioned to me in his reply are the last vestiges of “any” particular empire (nation) before they fell.
The kings get so powerful they think they are God, but the Bible shows the ending for such men. God destroys the evil in His own due time. The nation we called the Untied States is on a fast track for destruction unless the good people take it back. I don’t think the left will give it back willingly, so force will have to be used. We are set on a course that will result in freedom, or tyranny, depending on who wins.
The video that was shared by a reader pretty much summarizes how I feel about the current state of affairs. This mess does not belong to me, but to the evil people on the left.
Arizona is now doing an audit of the election. If there is “proven” fraud and it shows that joe biden should not be president, I predict trouble for the democrats. We believe in freedom of the press, but I don’t think our forefathers fathomed the “entire” press could be so corrupt. It is so corrupt that it suppresses the truth for leftist propaganda. If we are to remain a democratic republican form of government, then we will have to take the nation back (or split it into pieces).
The people should rise up and throw the self appointed apparatchik out of the White House and reestablish order (if they want a nation.)
