Veterans and retired people are held hostage to Washington criminals

I think It is time for war veterans and retired people in America to draw a line in the sand and tell those in the Executive Branch in Washington that we will not be held hostage to you criminals.

Today President Obama said Social Security, veterans and federal retirement checks might not go out next month if the debt limit is not raised. Congress will certainly pass and send Obama a bill that will increase the debt limit to pay the appropriations and If Obama vetoes the bill just because there are no tax increases in the bill, it will be Obama alone that will be responsible for screwing veterans and retired people. The money paid for Social Security and Federal Retirement is not in the trust funds because government robbed the trust funds and replaced them with IOU’s and now they are threatening to miss the payments on the IOU’s for political advantage. In other words, Obama intends to get his way by threatening or actually screwing veterans and retired people!

There are certain facts that every Americans should know. Social Security is a trust fund and so is Federal Retirement. The only reason there would not be money to pay the checks for those that contributed and earned these entitlements is because the government has robbed the money out of these trust funds and replaced them with IOU’s. It is criminal. The public should have known that once the District of Criminals got their hands on our trust funds that they would use it to try to control us.  People in government that allowed these public trusts to be robbed in the first place should be in prison. Those that now threaten to not even pay the IOU’s from the U.S. tax revenues should be sent to join them in prison if they actually attempt to screw the retired.

The Federal Retirement Trust Fund was raided during this administration in just the last few months, so the people who did that should not be running around free. They say they will pay it back, but out of the other side of their mouths, they say the retired may not get a check (because they robbed the funds)? I do not see why Americans should put up with such criminal behavior and the lies.

Obama is lying like usual by saying the funds for the retired and the veterans might not be in the coffers to pay. If the checks do not go out to the federal retired it is because this administration robbed the funds. If the checks do not go out to those collecting Social Security, it will be because this Obama’s administration is misappropriating the revenue coming into these trusts. The Social Security Trust Fund is still taking in about as much each month as it is paying out. So there simply is no reason why the checks cannot be paid even if the debt ceiling is not raised. What Obama said is either a deliberate deception to terrorize people or he plans to misappropriate the continual ongoing retirement funds that are being received. If the checks do not go out it will be because of criminal activity by the Executive Branch. In that case, appropriate action should be taken to incarcerate and replace those that are embezzling the TRUSTS.

As for the Veterans benefits, it is the duty of a country to take care of its disabled war veterans. The government will receive well over two trillion dollars in tax revenue this year even if the national debt ceiling is never raised. If the nation does not collect enough money to run all of its programs, it should not screw its disabled war veterans first. They should be the first people taken care of, not the last. Those holding U.S. Treasury Bonds should be the first ones not to get paid if they actually run out of money.

Therefore, if veterans do not receive what they earned, our veterans and our military would certainly be justified to remove our Executive Branch of government and properly administrate our tax revenues until the time when we can get a legal responsible constitutional Executive Branch in Washington.

The truth is that the government even now collects the revenue to pay earned entitlements without even raising the debt ceiling and saying otherwise is a lie.

Obama and everyone else knows that a nation cannot raise taxes at a time when 25 million people cannot make a living wage. Jobs have to be created first or the revenues will never be there. Raising taxes in a weak economy is a recipe for total economic collapse. The American people need to realize that people in charge in this Obama administration are at least one suit short of a full deck. I am not sure our nation can survive another 18 months of the lies and insanity coming from this administration.

In any case, It is time for retired people and veterans to let the Obama administration know that If they think they can continue to collect tax revenue but then not pay veterans and retired people what they are due, they will not like the outcome. Veterans and retired people need to make it clear that our own economic security will not be held hostage by tyrants and criminals in Washington D.C.

  1. Don,

I read about this myself & I couldn’t agree more with your article.

I would like to ask you though, really, what can be done to take down these known criminals in Washington ?

Even though it would be justified, I don’t see our military ever enforcing and coming against the government for their criminality.

    What next ?
    Federal Court ?
That certainly won’t work…the Fed vs. the Fed has never gotten the voice of the people anywhere…so know what ?

Sure, I think it’s a big mistake by government and Obama to take this position, it could surely move us one BIG step closer to the riots & anarchy in the streets that you’ve wrote about before.

A Revolution by the people that will bring about Martial Law ?

I don’t see how this wild beast can/will be brought to justice and reigned in…they’ve been walking all over the people of this country for a long time.

As Nancy Pelosi arrogantly said when someone opposed the authority of the government, “Are You Serious”.

  2. David, Let them screw with earned retirement benefits and Veterans benefits that many people are living on and I think you will be surprised at the strong reaction.

  3. I hope there is a strong reaction, I also hope that there comes a day when government is accountable for what they have done.

I think a force of some kind is required to get these government elitist off of their high horse and into reality, I don’t know how that would happen or if it will happen before the complete demise of the U.S.

I don’t know what a strong reaction will do but I can only hope for the people that earned their retirement, like the veterans, that it gets the reaction to get the job done…however that may be.

  4. The true solution is that we return to God as a nation.

The probable solution is another civil war. Maybe there will be enough time afterward for the “winner” to turn to God, but I seriously doubt it.

  5. Hi Brett,

    I totally agree.

I am of the opinion that the only “winners” in this life are those that turn to the Living God.

  6. I find solace in knowing that the retired Americans and the disabled veterans that these decisions by the elite idiots in Washington will affect are of the “generation” that remember what it really means to be an “American”! They “worked” for a living and have a work ethic…they know what “freedom” means. Most of them are children of parents who survived the great depression…most of them were children during the the depression…I am praying that their voices are heard loud and clear…I know I am listening. I believe God is listening too. Our present spiritual condition in America is very grim without our honorable retired people and honorable freedom-loving veterans. We definitely live in a country (now) where good is called evil and evil is called good.

  7. Brett is correct. I constantly think how Jesus did not get involved with politics when he was on this earth because it is not our kingdom, but it is sooo hard not to.

  8. If I may be so bold, that is not what Brett was saying. If Christians do not get involved in the governments where they occupy how is the Holy Spirit in His people going to prevent the spirit of antichrist from taking over the world and slaughtering all the Christians even before the Rapture? Occupying to He come implies that we take an active role in the affairs of the world.

  9. The frustrating part, of course, is that the genuine bride is a very small minority. Yes, the light is the light, but it’s still rather frustrating. When God steps in and judgment starts to be felt, then I think we can work our light better than these times where the scoffers roam free with unfettered arrogance.

As for the post about retired workers being stellar (paraphrase), I beg to differ. Not that I want to get too personal, but looking at my parents (one is saved [belatedly] and the other is pure bigot and beyond far left / liberal); When I was growing up, I had one over-riding concern: get out of that nut-job house (my siblings are on their own, I can’t save them – I could barely survive myself). My parent is as evil as evil can be.

Playing the retired persons political game isn’t going to be as “right leaning” as the post implies. I could tell you childhood stories that would make your blood curdle. It’s amazing I have the level of sanity and rationale and logic and reason that I do have – then again, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. In any case, I wouldn’t count on any segment of the populous. We’re not in this mess overnight and, frankly, the former generation is as much to blame as any other.

Your mileage may vary. Blessings in your space.

  10. I do not know how old Craig is but I agree that my generation, the flower power people of the sixties, have had a great deal to do with the rejection of God and moral decline throughout the west. However, I would also suggest it is that same generation that contains the majority of God’s remnant today.

  11. By the way Heather, Jesus did get involved with the politics of His day. The politics of that system was the Jewish Priests system (a theocracy) and the Proxies of Roman conquerors.

Jesus had some tough words for the rulers of Israel and that is why they rejected Him. Jesus also had a few things to say about the proxy rulers of Rome and even Rome, but his focus was on the religious rulers of Israel.

Jesus actually said His Kingdom was not of that “age” (because that age was under the rule of Satan. Nevertheless, the whole world belongs to God) His Kingdom certainly will be of the earth because scripture makes it clear that Jesus first rules and reigns in and through His Church during the Church Age and all Hell will not prevail against us. Then we see that Jesus rules on earth for a thousand years and after than the Heaven and the Earth are renewed for eternity and Jesus will certainly rule that. So the earth is the Lord’s Kingdom but the Kingdom age could not come while Jesus was alive or nobody could be saved.

  12. Craig

Things have been evil on the earth for a very long time and except for a few brief periods in areas of the world right after evil had been purged by wars and plagues, evil people again soon make the world even worse. That is still the case in 20th and 21st century. The last major purge in the US was the Civil War and the last major purge for the world was World War II. Both the United States and the world are now overdue.

  13. Don

I always appreciate what you have to say. My husband and I go back and forth about whether we should start a Tea Party chapter. There really isn’t one in our area and we are begining to feel called to start one. We definitely need to pray about it and would appreciate prayers from everyone.

  14. After attending a local school board meeting, I asked to meet with a local official to tell him how bad it went/It was very awful. Without the money to take care of their household needs these people would be unmanagable. I tell this to reflect upon many of the things that you have written about on this blog. There was a huge challenge over viewpoints and character values at this local school board meeting. Some of the people were willing to look past character flaws and wrong actions by one of the board members. This is an example of people being church attenders but not being a real part of the body of Christ. I am sheilding my comments to protect some measure of privacy but the wise will understand what I am expressing.

  15. Don=keep doing your good writing on this web site.
As Jim said, the budget crisis is really bad. It is strange how it all starts at grass roots levels such as school boards. Coincidently, a “city” newspaper ran a story about problems with school boards and the huge expense of severance pay to ousted school board superintendants today. So much wasted money at the local level–let alone the federal level. whewww!

  16. So…is anyone calculating the cost that abortion has brought to our national debt? The jobs that would have been created; if they had lived. The age they would be by now…the taxes they would be paying by now. God’s cycle of life has been broken…it was His way to replenish the earth and it definately has marked our national debt….with a whole lot of minus’es in the dollar amount that should have been there; except for the lack of foresight.
