The Church is emasculating men

Good article on the emasculating of men in the Church. He points out:

“All too often the pastoral “role model” in evangelical circles mirrors that “Simpson’s” character, the Rev. Love Joy. Our pastors are either quaint, odd, harmless pushovers, or they are slick metrosexual types who can cry at the drop of a dime – literally – but have absolutely no courage to stand up against real evil or teach the unequivocal truth with authority.

They’ve suppressed godly male assertiveness, opting instead to “be nice.” They have abdicated their calling to “speak the truth” in the interest of political correctness. And they have decided that manipulating people with emotional self-help books and anecdotal sermonizing is better for the bottom line than training and teaching the men in their congregations to be leaders and warriors for Christ.

Rick Warren from Nation Cathedrel says that Evangelicals should unite with dead mainline churches

Rick Warren is the top guru in the most accepted movement in the evangelical churches – The purpose driven movement. Rick Warren never ceases to amaze me by what comes out of his mouth and where he will go to speak. In this case, Rick Warren speaks from a well known apostate Church but he does not give the gospel of Jesus Christ to them he tells these apostates that Evangelicals should unite with mainline churches without regard to their apostate doctrines.

Ever since I read the Purpose Driven Life and started following what Rick Warren has been preaching I have become increasingly concerned about this man.… continue reading

The Truth War is published

Jan Markell in this article informs us of John MacArthur’s book, “The Truth War”. Truth is being sacrificed on the altar in many Christian churches today in order to be relevant and popular.

That reminds me of a passage in Timothy:

2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Something is drifting down Willow Creek

Willow Creek tells us there is a big paradigm shift coming but we can’t be certain of what that paradigm shift is all about until they come out with it. However, by looking at the guests that speak at Willow Creek I am not encouraged that they will now suddenly emerge with great biblical discernment. This link will give you some background information.

The Growing Phenomena of American Christian Hebrew Cults

I think all Christians need to be aware of this new “Christian” cult called the Hebrew Roots Movement.

The Growing Phenomena of American “Hebrew” Cults: “The Hebrew Roots Movement is an American aggregate of home based Bible studies with various names, led often by women. The authentic Christian is challenged to write about such groups, because they all have different names, and “facilitators” argue that many attendees “believe different things” when challenged with sound doctrine. However, the spirit at work is revealed conclusively as core convictions are shared by “facilitators” and leaders of the movement.”

Erwin McManus’s False Teachings

This will get to the heart of the matter about the heresy within the emergent church movement. In a nut shell their goal is a Jesus religion that cares little about the Biblical Jesus or His words. They plan to reinvent Christianity so it will fit right in with the postmodern generation taught that there are no moral absolutes. This is why this movement will be identified with the harlot who rides the Beast in Revelation.

Erwin McManus’s False Teachings  “Erwin McManus has made it crystal clear that he hates Christianity. This is very well documented. He has said, “The greatest enemy of the movement of Jesus Christ is Christianity,” and “My goals is to destroy Christianity as a world religion and be a recatalyst for the movement of Jesus Christ.”[1]

Purpose Driven support for Rosemarie’s baby

Ever wonder why Rick Warren gets all this news coverage? I guess it really helps to be a member of the CFR. I wonder how many of this globalist elite club he has reached for Christ? Paul Proctor, in this article hits the main points so I just want to add my belief that this movement is also the mother of Rosemarie’s baby (The emergent church movement). I explain that and talk about some of the issues that Paul Proctor brings up in my dominion theology article. It gets into Psychology, the Purpose Driven and the Emergent church movements and much more.continue reading

Pope wants the Mass in Latin

Every time I get stupid enough to think that the Pope seems to be moving in a more orthodox Christian direction he regress to doctrines that leads me to think he knows nothing about true Christianity. What will bringing back Latin mumble jumbo in the Mass do other than satisfy feelings of nostalgia for those who grew up on this mindless ritual?

The Catholic Mass was put into the common language so that people could understand what the priest was doing and saying. Now this Pope wants to make it all mystical again. The correct position to take if he ever wants to start on a path to unite Christianity would be to do away with the Mass altogether since the Mass is not supported by scripture.continue reading

Truth replaced by pluralism

Berit brilliantly exposes the interfaith movement for what it really is. It is apostasy from the only true gospel and its way of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. It is replaced by an all inclusive world religion where everyone worships the God that man invents with his own mind.

Pentecost was not a legend it was a reality. Pentecost did not reverse the error of Babel because Babel is rising again in the world today among unbelievers in movements like the interfaith agenda. Pentecost is for believers who enter into the body of Christ and the new covenant. Those that were indwelt by the Holy Spirit at Pentecost had to turn from worshiping false gods and believe that Jesus was the only way to God.continue reading

There is a Woman On The Beast and She has Dominion Theology

Dominion Theology is sometimes also called “Christian Reconstructionism” or “Kingdom Now” but there are significant differences among these theologies. I have lumped all the theologies together in this article under the name Dominion Theology because popular dominionist leaders that bridge denominations and movements have blurred the distinctions. This also is the case with most of their critics. They often lump together beliefs of “Kingdom Now, Christian Reconstructionism” “NAR” and “Latter Rain Theology” as if everyone agreed. There are many different religious doctrines within Dominion Theology so I include the words “many”, “most” or “some” in this article for good reason.

Much of Christianity is now traveling on very different bandwagons of dominionism but all paths lead to some form of a Christian or religious world under a government theonomy (under the law of God) or theocracy, before the return of Jesus Christ.… continue reading
