Anarchy is spreading because of oppression and the greed of the rich

The present rise of protests against existing governments are not primarily religiously or politically motivated although there are those that will be sure to take advantage of the discontentment and use it toward that end. These civil upheavals are really happening because the world’s wealth is increasingly being sucked up by the rich and powerful elite. Rising food prices and low wages and high unemployment are making it increasingly difficult for the poor to survive.

For example, in the United States the top one percent have 42 percent of the nation’s wealth and that percentage has been increasing even during the recession.… continue reading

Koenig’s perspectives on Bible prophecy and world issues, Feb 2011

I have been somewhat under the weather so this monthly perspective will be fairly short. You see a slightly different look on this blog because I am trying to integrate it more with the main website. People coming to this blog often do not know that this blog is only part of a larger website. “The Prophetic Years” is the name of my website so you should now see that named displayed in the middle of the banner along with the blog title above it. If your not seeing that, you will have to clear your browser cache and then do a refresh.… continue reading

Saving America from selfishness by extending the American dream to others

Abortion and birth control is the destroyers of nations. It was allowed to reign in the mid to late 20th century to destroy new life but it will likely lead to the destruction of all life in the first part of the 21st century.

The economic problems we now have in America and the world are largely because we eliminated our next generation. Many in our nation have now reached the age to retire but there will not be enough young people to support our aging population. Other nations have even far worse demographic problems than America due to abortion, infanticide, and birth control.… continue reading

Farah: The House not raising debt limit will insure fiscal calamity!

Sometimes I just have to laugh at the harebrained ideas about how to deal with Obama and our increasing national debt. For example, there is one idea that is now being pushed by Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily (WND). Farah’s solution to save America from fiscal calamity is for the Republican House to not vote to allow any raising of the national debt limit.

At the end of Farah’s various featured articles on this subject, Mr. Farah asks, “where am I going wrong on this? Can someone enlighten me?” Yeah, I will enlighten Mr. Farah because not raising the national debt limit is a recipe for national suicide.… continue reading

Koenig’s perspectives on Bible prophecy and world issues, Jan 2011

Last week brought unprecedented spam and hack attacks to this website so I spent many hours since then making this website more secure. I even overdid it on the security because I found out that I was not allowing some valid users access. Yesterday I took out a script that I know was blocking some people from viewing this website. I still retain 3 spam checkers and 3 other powerful security checkers and a .htaccess file that is designed to block most bad robots.

The security I set up might inadvertently still block a few valid viewers but the security is also quite necessary. … continue reading

Fantasyland has progressed to become much of California

Fantasyland was once confined to Disneyland in California but it has now progressed to become much of California. People in California continually vote to do more harm to themselves. So, you have to believe that most of the people living there are out of touch with reality and the state has become suicidal.

California in many ways has become a schizophrenic “Hotel California”, little it does makes any logical sense. Can the air and water be blamed for the insanity that rages in California? They themselves seem to think so because they just keep making more costly environmental laws when they are already dead broke.… continue reading

Fourth turning suggests over two decades of world chaos.

I do not totally buy into the “fourth turning” time cycles although the four turnings spoken about in that book do seem to occur about once in a human lifespan. I as well, see a bitter winter coming to our nation and the world in the near future. I think we are about two years away from at least two decades of unparalleled world chaos.

The validity of the fourth turning cycle theory really does not matter because by our own observations we can see the rise of evil all over the world and know that it will bring us a time of war and chaos.… continue reading

Koenig’s perspectives on Bible prophecy and world issues, Dec 2010

I found out yesterday just how fast the web host will take down your blog if it is using a little two much of their resources. I ran a site map tool in order to create a site map to submit to Google. I ran it at the default settings which runs five threads at the same time. I guess it took about three hours to make the sitemap of my website. Sometime shortly thereafter my web host denied service to anyone who wanted to visit this blog.

It took me most of yesterday to get them to get the blog back up.… continue reading

In the Jewish exodus back to Israel the Edomites take our gold with them.

A thought came to be out of the clear blue today. That does not happen often enough, so I better run with this conjecture although doing so will probably bring down the wrath of Khan on my head.

First, anyone reading what I write knows that I am not antisemitic. In fact, those that read my material would call me a Christian Zionist. I believe that God made unconditional land promises to the descendants of Israel and that God has defined their borders forever. The Bible also tells why the Jews were exiled from the land given to them and the Bible promises that the Jews would one day return.… continue reading

America should lead the world in debt default.

I think America should lead the world in debt default since we have led the world in most everything else for the past century. I will now give you some background on our situation and my reasoning for making such a statement.

The Federal Reserve board of governors has made critical decisions that will determined the economic road that America will take to the next phase of this greater depression. Ben Bernanke of the Fed recently announced Quantitative easing two (Q2). Quantitative easing one of $1.7 trillion did not stimulate the economy enough so Q2 is now the order of the day.… continue reading

Koenig’s perspectives on Bible prophecy and world issues Nov 2010

It took a number of months but I finally got through going through all my old blog posts and also deleting articles that nobody cares about anymore (as if they ever did). In that process I deleted about 350 posts on this Blog and maybe 100 or so comments died went with them. There all still over 1000 posts on this blog and well over 5000 comments.

I have now search engine optimized every post on this Blog the best I could with the content available. My earlier posts usually just had short comments by me and clips of other articles and there was no meta-data at all so they did not rank well in the search indexes.… continue reading

Halloween economics and scary figures bringing October surprises

October has always been a scary month. There is always talk about some unexpected October surprise. Of course we also know the great fright night of Halloween will arrive and insure that many of us will not escape October without seeing scary figures that look like Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank pounding on our door. It might not be so fighting if it were not for the fact that Pelosi and Frank have been scaring sane people silly even before BO became a national obsession.

I bet if someone told Americans a few years ago that someone named Barrak Hussein Obama would become President they would have just rolled their eyes.… continue reading

Koenig’s perspectives on Bible prophecy and world issues – Oct 2010

I recently drove up to Buffalo NY for an anniversary celebration. Nothing ever much changes in the Buffalo New York area, at least not for the better. The Buffalo Bills still suck, the politicians in NY State still have a slug-fest and roll in the mud all the way to office. The Seneca Indians are still fighting with the state over tobacco taxes. The route 219 expressway extension is still under construction. The weather from September to May is still about the worst in the nation and many people in that area still find their own rationalization to pilfer whatever they can from whoever they can.… continue reading

Spiritual problems in America resolved through secular tea parties?

America has a national election coming up in a few weeks and many are excited about the change that they think is coming. I hate to rain on anyone’s tea party but spiritual problems in America cannot be resolved through secular tea party ideals. How do people expect any real change for the better in America, when America is still becoming progressively more amoral as I speak? For example:

  • The top box office hits are now movies about vampires, witches, sex and mass slaughter.
  • Parent allow their public schools to indoctrinate their children with textbooks full of lies.
  • The main stream media news is filtered through liberal spin doctors and the comedy and drama on the main networks are written to socially engineer gullible minds to conform to a secular humanist and anti Christian worldview.

RIP Japan 1945 20–?, Death by debt and demographics

I often talk about the problems of the United States economy but there is a nation that is about to go into a death spiral right now. That nation is Japan. Because of debt, aging population and a nation that is having few children, Japan is about to go into a economic and demographic death spiral from which it cannot recover without defaulting on their debt and without a new economic world order being established.

Japan just went through two lost decades where the economy has been flat but they have seen nothing yet. Facts don’t lie. National suicide is not a understatement for Japan if you look at the economic and demographic facts and figures.… continue reading

Troubled days ahead for the Middle East and America

There are troubled days ahead for the Middle East and America. It is not like this nation really deserves anything less. The Marxists could never have taken over our educational system, the media, our government and even many of our churches if those that call themselves Christians in this nation really believed, lived a Christian lifestyle and kept a Christian worldview.

Believe it or not, with all the talk of a take over by the conservative Right it still looks like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reed and John McCain will all get reelected and stay in power. With that information in mind, how much do Americans really care that they have allowed socialist idealists to reshape America into their ideal of America being a secondary colony on the world collective ant farm?… continue reading

A home mortgage now makes sense as the ultimate hedge against inflation

A large mortgage on a property now only makes sense as the ultimate hedge against inflation because the government will be financing and subsidizing your tangible property for the duration of the loan.

The reason why long term interest rates are so ridiculously low is that people running our economic system fear deflation so they are spending money that we do not have to kick the can (the day of reckoning) down the road. I think it is now obvious that our government will not allow a deflationary depression. We are heading for a lot of inflation in the future. The government will just keep spending more than it has to try to stimulate the economy.… continue reading

Any American recovery in practice will go back to the American way

Forget all the theory that the economists and socialists keep peddling to us. Any American recovery in practice must go back to the American way! The American way is one of self reliance and reliance on community not reliance on big government and its entrenched bureaucrats. I really do not think America will choose to go back to the American way but if they did the following is probably the way to do it.

Taxes – Do away with the IRS. Get rid of all income taxes on corporations and individuals. Get rid of all payroll taxes on employers. There would be no deduction for employees other than a 15 percent deductions for all health and social programs (see below).… continue reading

Soon after the third stimulus America will be living under a dictatorship.

I have been saying all along that there will not be any real economic recovery any time soon. Now it looks like the markets have finally figured that out as well. By this fall unemployment will be rising again. When one third of the homes being sold in America are in foreclosure how in the world can people expect a real economic recovery? Here are just some of the things still coming down the pipeline this year and next. I think within a few years this will bring us under a dictatorship.

Even a higher rate of home foreclosures – It looks like there will be a trillion dollar bail-out of Fannie and Freddy by American taxpayers.… continue reading

Worn out loafing around on the Internet in a tired world.

I wanted to write a couple of new articles on something worth knowing this week but the chances of that seem to be getting slimmer all the time. Between comments, emails, website administration and modifications, keeping up with the news, shopping for food, yard work, a garden that is out of control, all my high mileage vehicles needing repair, my wife going on a mission trip, a birthday, spraying the fruit trees, taking care of the animals, doing bills, a holiday coming up, sleeping , etc. I find that there just are not enough hours in the day to get everything done.… continue reading
