Defining Evangelicalism Down to Secular Humanism

One of the things that really bugs me about the new “Evangelical” left leaders like Rick Warren is that they act like the Church was doing nothing to help people before they arrived on the scene with all their horns and whistles blowing. They insult the millions of missionaries who quietly worked in mission fields and the Holy Spirit who worked through them.

The big difference between the real missionaries and the postmodern version is that the real missionaries gave and give people more than just physical aid for the symptoms of diseases in this world. They gave the people the cure of spiritual life.continue reading

Asking unbelievers to help reinvent Christianity

So here you have a conference led by apostates. Inviting unbelievers to re-think or re-invent Christianity. In other words, they wish to made Christianity more relevant to the postmodern generation that does not believe in the absolute truths defined in the Bible. They want a Christianity without biblical doctrine where all religions are equal paths to God.

The conference premise is so absurd that anyone who bought into the concept might as well call themselves by some other name besides Christians. They may believe in the apostasy of universalism but they do not believe or follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.continue reading

Christians corrupted by the satanic world system.

Chuck Baldwin tells it the way it is in the Church in America. Can you honestly say he is wrong about most of what he said in this article? If not, what a sorry excuse for a Church American “Christians” leaders and church members have become. Is it any wonder why American Christians are about to reap the consequences of being double minded?

The problem is manifold, of
course. For the most part, our pastors have become glorified politicians and
business executives. As attorneys are not schooled in the Constitution, today’s
ministers are not schooled in the Scriptures.

Is there a New Apostolic Reformation or an old deception?

I came across this excellent article today about “The Roots and Fruits of the New Apostolic Reformation”, by Bob De Waay. It is about how the Latter Rain movement morphed into the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR).

Christians need to know the truth about these self appointed anointed and other Christians need to separate from these leaders bringing them into Apostasy.

One thing I have found out for myself over the years is that when certain leaders claim Apostolic positions and special prophetic anointing from God they are always lying.

Rick Warren continues to make very bazaar statements

Rich Warren says the future of the world lies in religious pluralism. Does this man read his Bible at all? The future of the world lies in Jesus Christ alone. Why are Christians still following this double minded man?

Secularism is quite small outside Europe and Manhattan,” he joked.
“The future of the world lies in religious pluralism.”
–Rick Warren

Read through the points carefully again, and you will see where Rick Warren is taking evangelicals. His beliefs about pluralism explain why he can go to Jewish synagogues and never mention the name of Christ, or appear at secular conferences or shows like Comedy Central and never once mention Jesus and the way of eternal salvation.

The world invasion of the satanic change agents

If you are an astute Christian who knows what is going on you should have heard about the talk about change, rethinking and a coming paradigm shift. This dialog is coming from all that hold positions of power and global influence. It now even is the major subject in postmodern and Liberal church movements. The plan to move from individual thinking and belief in absolutes to a more global consensus group think way about everything. They think doing this will bring world Unity to help establish a unified global world agenda.

This brainwashing movement is going to do away with the absolutes truths of Christian and all absolute moral believes.… continue reading

U.S. Methodist Church renews drive for divestment from Israel

The UMC and the PCA denominations are unbelievably apostate. They have no judgment, no discernment no Spirit. The report in this article that comes from af large Methodist group shows that they hate Israel without cause. They are a disgrace to Christianity. I advise the three or four Christians that are still left in these replacement theology whores to depart.

Among the statements in the report that irked Jewish community activists are a
reference to the founding of the State of Israel as “the original sin,” a
passage calling Israeli founding father David Ben-Gurion an “extremist” and a
passage defining Israeli actions as acts of “terror.”

Ron Bell’s Velvet Elvis is a postmodern social gospel

Bob DeWaay does a good job in this article explaining the teaching of Ron Bell in “Velvet Elvis” and debunking them.  All I will add is that the American Church is heading for big trouble if young “Christians” keep following these postmodern leaders that have no regard for sound biblical doctrine.

For the past two years I have researched the theology of the Emergent Church in preparation for a book I am writing. During that time I ignored Rob Bell’s Velvet Elvis because I was concentrating on other works of postmodern theology. Then someone loaned me Bell’s video in which he uses subatomic physics to try to prove that, “everything is spiritual.”

Rick Warren is an example we should follow?

I have not heard the clip the below statement links to since I do not have the bandwidth for videos. I have no doubt that what is said is true. Rick Warren has been consistent in not sharing the gospel to unbelievers and has indicated in many ways that he thinks God is pleased with everyone and all they need is to find their purpose.

Seems to me Rick Warren claims to have Orthodox Christian beliefs to Christians but talks a Universal social gospel to everyone else. By the way, this is not the first time that Warren has had insults for Conservative Christians.Icontinue reading

Jimmy Carter heads push for Baptist unity

Jimmy Carter the great compromiser now attempts to unite Baptist denominations over his own beliefs. He can achieve this if everyone just decides that biblical issues that divide us like abortion, homosexual rights and Israel are no longer important. Well thanks to people like Jimmy Carter the church in America is now just about dumbed down enough to unite on anything.

gay rights and the separation of church and state. Nothing that can’t be
overcome with a smiling compromiser like Jimmy Carter around to help everyone

Rick Warren from Nation Cathedrel says that Evangelicals should unite with dead mainline churches

Rick Warren is the top guru in the most accepted movement in the evangelical churches – The purpose driven movement. Rick Warren never ceases to amaze me by what comes out of his mouth and where he will go to speak. In this case, Rick Warren speaks from a well known apostate Church but he does not give the gospel of Jesus Christ to them he tells these apostates that Evangelicals should unite with mainline churches without regard to their apostate doctrines.

Ever since I read the Purpose Driven Life and started following what Rick Warren has been preaching I have become increasingly concerned about this man.… continue reading

Have certain denominations become end time whores?

Joseph Farah believes Paul had some Protestant denominations like the Methodists, Presbyterian Church USA and The United Church of Christ in mind in his warnings of how ungodly many would become in the last days. Joseph says that they have become whores and that Christian should get out of them and stop supporting them. For the domination as a whole I agree that they have become whores with the world. I think there are still some good churches within those denominations but they should either get out of the denomination they are in, or Christians in these congregations should depart from these churches so that they do not take part in the sins of the denomination.… continue reading

Pagan/Christian hybrid emerging Pentecostal churches

I have noticed in my own experience that Pentecostals too often cross the line. Here is a story of one Pentecostal pastor that crossed the line and took his whole church with him. Come to think if it, I also noticed that many Pentecostals worship their pastor and will follow him anywhere no matter how unbiblical he becomes. Thus, unless there is some way of weeding out these wolves in sheep’s clothing many sheeple will soon be drinking the kool-aid.

I am not picking on Pentecostals. There are just as many godly Pentecostals as their are godly non Pentecostal believers. However, the display of mystical gifts often attracts unstable people.… continue reading

The Truth War is published

Jan Markell in this article informs us of John MacArthur’s book, “The Truth War”. Truth is being sacrificed on the altar in many Christian churches today in order to be relevant and popular.

That reminds me of a passage in Timothy:

2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

SPIRITUAL SUGAR DIABETES

Dave Daubenmire puts his finger on the problem in today’s Churches. They have Christian versions of Oprah and Dr. Phil preaching in the pulpit and filling bookstores with sugar coated books. They sell Christians junk food.  How else do you explain what we see them buying for their consumption? Now many Christians keep craving more sugar until it puts them into a diabetic coma.

I expect this type of “preaching” from Dr. Phil, or Oprah, or a myriad of “pychobabalists” who dot the world of plasma TV’s. But it is tragic that the best selling Christian books in America today happen to be of this ilk.

Why Obama’s Muslim background Matters

Those are fair points to bring up because they will be brought up. If Obama claims to practice Christianity he will be on the radials Islam hit list. If he embraces Islam he will sell out on Israel and could not take decisive action in the war on Islamic extremism anywhere in the world.

In Actuality I think Obama is either an atheist or believes in Universalism. He himself says that he is Universalistic, meaning that he would think that all paths ultimately led to God. However, I believe by his moral positions that he is totally secular and only uses religion for his own end.… continue reading

Accommodation or Confrontation with the world system?

Dr Francis Schaeffer in 1984 said, “The grossest form of worldliness is conforming to the form of worldliness that exists in it’s own generation”. That is exactly what is happening today in much of Christianity.

Accommodation or Confrontation – CWN: ” recently watched a video presentation of Dr. Francis Schaeffer’s last public meeting before he died in 1984. I was stunned, again, by the precision of his insights into his era, and ours. Dr. Schaeffer’s last two books, The Great Evangelical Disaster and A Christian Manifesto, were nothing short of prophetic. As he approached his death, after fifty years of his ministry, he observed that evangelicalism over that time could be summarized primarily by one term: Accommodation.

Rick Warren, Reconciliation Peace, and Brian McLaren

Is there any doubt why Rick Warren has change “planting churches” to “promote reconciliation” in the P of his P.E.A.C.E plan acronym? Rick Warren obviously has bought into Dominion Theology and Brian McLaren’s heresy. Willow Creek’s seeker churches have as well. If nobody sees the setting up of the world harlot who rides the Beast of Revelation taking place here they have little understanding of Bible prophecy. Not to mention the scriptures that warn us that this end time apostasy would come from among those who call themselves “Christians”.

The Latest “P” – Reconciliation “Put this quotation on a global scale and apply it to tribes and warring factions, people groups and nations, and you can see how grandiose this thinking becomes.

Some Christian wolves in sheep’s clothing embrace Scientology

Some just cannot get enough to itch their ears from these wolves in sheep’s clothing. Anyone who believes Scientology cannot be a Christian, they are incompatible. Here is some of what Scientology believes.

Some Christian pastors embrace Scientology – CNN.com: “Scientologists do not worship God, much less Jesus Christ. The church has seen plenty of controversy and critics consider it a cult. So why are observant Christians embracing some of its teachings? Two pastors who spoke recently with CNN explained that when it comes to religion, they still preach the core beliefs of Christianity. But when it comes to practicing what they preach in a modern world, borrowing from Scientology helps.
