Fundamental foundational truths of Christianity are not optional.

Polls indicate that many that call themselves Christians today do not even believe the essential fundamental foundational truths of Christianity.

Can anyone be a Christian and not believe in the foundational truths of Christianity? That is not for me to judge but if you have doubts about believing these things you might judge yourself. Do you just not understand basic Christian truths because you were never taught them or do you deny them and thus deny the Christian faith?

True Evangelicals are Latter Day Philadelphians?

I think the ELCA vote to allow active homosexuals to become ministers was finally the straw that broke the camel’s back  for me. I will no longer identify with what is today called the Evangelical movement.

Lets face it Satan first came in with his wolves in sheep’s clothing and so corrupted the mainline denominations with the doctrines of humanism that most true Christian left. Now Satan is well on his way of accomplishing the very same thing with those that identified with the evangelicals  that came out of those near dead Sardis mainline churches.

An interesting article was written by Jan Markell of Olive Tree Ministries. She talks about the 2009 leadership conference or summit lead by Bill Hybel’s Willow Creek Association. Two of the guest speakers for this “leadership” conference will be Tony Blair and Rock Star Bono.

Why would any Christian go to a Christian leadership conference to hear from Tony Blair and Bono? They both are all-paths pseudo Christian heretics. The emerging emergent threat from postmodern Christians

While some Christians still get upset enough with government to contract their congressmen and talk about throwing the bums out of office, it seems that many Christians do nothing about the wolves in sheep’s clothing that have infiltrated their own churches.

The threat comes from postmodern leaders with its redefining of Christianity and the Bible. The threat is also known as the Emergent Church. The Emergent Movement now threatens to subvert once evangelical denominations. The Emergent movement is now a major emerging threat in the Nazarene denomination and is also a big threat in Baptists churches and others.

Brannon House gives a very insightful list of 26 similarities to the views of those under Nazi Germany and the views of  liberals in America today. That is why I often say the United States is rapidly becoming fascist.

Actually, this list can be applied to much of the world and not just America. Most of the world has now bought into fascism wrapped in the skirt of liberalism, socialism and pantheism. Majority of Christians in America claim that the Holy Spirit and Satan are symbols and not living entities!

I cannot make this stuff up. Can you believe this survey of Christians? It points out to me that most American “Christians” are not Christians at all.

You cannot even be a Christian without the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit so these people who call themselves Christians but deny the living entity of the Holy Spirit cannot be Christians. Likewise, you cannot believe the Bible and believe that Satan is not real. Furthermore, you cannot be a Christian if you believe that Jesus sinned. Therefore the only conclusion can be:

At least sixty percent of “Christians” in America have no Holy Spirit and therefore could not be Christians
At least sixty percent of “Christians” do not believe what the Bible teaches about Satan and therefore are total idiots or more likely not Christians
Thirty-nine percent of “Christians” believe Jesus sinned or probably sinned that rules them out of the Christian faith

Do you attend a church that teaches sanctification of the soul or sanitization of the flesh?

Many of the leaders of our churches are teaching people how to live a more sanitized life rather than a more sanctified life. One message appeals to the flesh and the other matures the soul. If your in a church that teaches sanitization rather than sanctification you are probably among the majority. Many people today love the sanitization message because the message appeals to their bodies of flesh.

Just because the message is popular with the world does not mean it gives people the truth they need to overcome this evil world or that it helps Christians to grow. Look at the figures in this article on people under the age of twenty-five. The article says 82 percent of young people believe in smorgasbord religion. America is on the wrong track heading for a train wreck sure enough because the lights are out at the switch yard and America is traveling the wrong way on a one way track. The train wreck now seems inevitable unless someone turns on the lights so America sees the signs and quickly reverses direction.

If the light from God’s people are hidden under a bushel they cannot cast out the darkness. Some pastors and leaders in Christianity are the bushels hiding the light. The only way for lights to shine is to get out from under the bushels.

Emergent Church leader Tony Jones now wants Christians to embrace homosexually

There is little doubt that the public schools will now accelerate their attempts to make all children subjects of the radical Far Left social engineering Marxists that run our education systems.
