The war on those that actually believe that Jesus will return

More and more stories are coming out from mainstream Christians teaching that those who actually take Bible prophecy literally are dangerous people.Bishop Hanson is not unique these day. Jimmy Carter just implied the same thing at his Baptist conference. George Bush implied it years ago. Preterist’s imply it in their books. Methodists and most Presbyterians imply it in the positions they take in the Middle East. One can go on and on.

Those that teach the millennial return of Jesus Christ are receiving more and more persecution in the world. It is not even allowed in China. Now mainstream denominations will ostracize those who actually believe that Jesus will return in our time.… continue reading

The world invasion of the satanic change agents

If you are an astute Christian who knows what is going on you should have heard about the talk about change, rethinking and a coming paradigm shift. This dialog is coming from all that hold positions of power and global influence. It now even is the major subject in postmodern and Liberal church movements. The plan to move from individual thinking and belief in absolutes to a more global consensus group think way about everything. They think doing this will bring world Unity to help establish a unified global world agenda.

This brainwashing movement is going to do away with the absolutes truths of Christian and all absolute moral believes.… continue reading

The green prophet speaks in the presence of Jimmy Carter

I think I will lose my lunch. These “Christians rounded up by the Leftist social gospel pushing Jimmy Carter apparently neither know the Bible nor can they discern truth. Al Gore again compares his hyped global warming to the rise of the Nazis. He is correct in this. Eco-fascists like Al Gore plan to shove there global agenda down everyone’s throats to redistribute wealth and gain global governance. They are just like the Nazis Fascists.

The Tennessean in Nashville describes Gore’s speech this way: “With a
green-colored Bible in one hand and his familiar red laser pointer in the other,
former vice president and Nobel prize winner Al Gore led 2,500 Baptist preachers
and lay leaders through his global warming slide show in Atlanta Thursday.

Ron Bell’s Velvet Elvis is a postmodern social gospel

Bob DeWaay does a good job in this article explaining the teaching of Ron Bell in “Velvet Elvis” and debunking them.  All I will add is that the American Church is heading for big trouble if young “Christians” keep following these postmodern leaders that have no regard for sound biblical doctrine.

clipped from Critical issues commentary

For the past two years I have researched the theology of the Emergent Church in preparation for a book I am writing. During that time I ignored Rob Bell’s Velvet Elvis because I was concentrating on other works of postmodern theology. Then someone loaned me Bell’s video in which he uses subatomic physics to try to prove that, “everything is spiritual.”

Phoenix Arizona is the Next 911 say the false prophets of the phony “Prophetic Ministry”

I just want to document this nonsense to prove that those claiming to be in the “Prophetic Ministry” are in self delusion and that they actually are false prophets. They get visions or dreams that come from their own mind and then presume it came from God. Some of what is said in these prophecies is so nonsensical that one has to wonder if these airheads know anything about capabilities of nuclear weapons at all.
One or two nukes in the city of Phoenix could not destroy Phoenix at all. Do these people have a clue about how large Phoenix is?… continue reading

Jimmy Carter heads push for Baptist unity

Jimmy Carter the great compromiser now attempts to unite Baptist denominations over his own beliefs. He can achieve this if everyone just decides that biblical issues that divide us like abortion, homosexual rights and Israel are no longer important. Well thanks to people like Jimmy Carter the church in America is now just about dumbed down enough to unite on anything.

clipped from www.christianworldviewnetwork.com
so the issues are only women in ministry, marriage, legalized abortion,
gay rights and the separation of church and state. Nothing that can’t be
overcome with a smiling compromiser like Jimmy Carter around to help everyone

Pastor Joel Osteen speaks out on Mormonism

Here is a clear reason why you do not put novices in charge of mega churches just because their daddy was a big time preacher. Joel Osteen knows nothing about Mormonism or even Christianity and he even admits it below. Yet, he tells the world that he thinks Mormon’s are Christians because they say they believe in Christ. Never mind that their Christ is not the Savior we know in the Bible. It is like taking two milk bottles labeled Jesus and thinking because they are labeled the same that they both contain milk. Yet one milk bottle is filled with sweet milk that leads to life and the other contains a deadly poison that leads to death.… continue reading

Are Those That Oppose The Purpose Driven Agenda Leaders From Hell?

The purpose driven leaders are teaching pastors to demonize Christian leaders that are against their purpose driven program. All that is documented in the link below.

Are Those That Oppose The Purpose Driven Agenda Leaders From Hell? : “Think carefully about what is being said in that statement. Southerland is encouraging pastors to think of those who may be their brother or sister in Christ as actually ‘leaders from hell!’ Why? Because they question the validity of a
church growth program which lacks Scriptural basis to support it. Talk about
demonizing your opposition because you don’t have a solid argument with which to respond to them except ‘Everybody’s doing Purpose Driven’ or ‘it gets results.’

Something is drifting down Willow Creek

Willow Creek tells us there is a big paradigm shift coming but we can’t be certain of what that paradigm shift is all about until they come out with it. However, by looking at the guests that speak at Willow Creek I am not encouraged that they will now suddenly emerge with great biblical discernment. This link will give you some background information.

Rick Warren’s distortions of reality

I have noticed over the years that Rick Warren just panders to the audience. What he says to Christians on a issue will not necessarily be be what he says to the media or the world power brokers on the same issue. His message is typically post-modern where truth is relative and adjustable to those being pandered to for his own end.

This is why he is signing on to wordily agendas and then apologizing or having to rationalize to other Christians why he jumped on board. Then to appease them he says he did not agree with much of what he signed???continue reading

Apophatic and Kataphatic Prayer

Apparently the emergent movement is redefining prayer for us. It is not enough to know that prayer is communication with God now you should know the difference between “apophatic” and “kataphatic” prayer. Well don’t panic, Eugene Peterson explains it all for us. Kataphatic prayer is praying with the eyes open and apohpatic prayer is praying with the eyes closed. Somehow all this profound wisdom reminds me of a old commercial. The one where they show eggs frying and equate it with your brain on drugs. You read the article and see where it takes you?

More Books and Things…: A Thing called Apophatic Prayer
kataphatic prayer employs thoughts and images while apophatic transcends these.

Christians Consider Drinking Beer Acceptable According to ChristiaNet.com Poll

It is nice to hear that the majority still have some common sense.

The person or persons who said that they do not know anyone that drinks only one beer obviously is hanging around with the wrong people. I suppose he would say the same thing about those who have a glass of wine with dinner? I have news, the vast majority of wine drinkers have one or two glasses of wine and then stop. It is the same with most beer drinkers. The comment that beer and wine does not taste good is a totally ridiculous statement to those who like these food products.continue reading

Common ground betwen Islam and Christianity?

Take a look at the signatories on this letter. Among them are Rick Warren, Bill Hybels and Robert Schuller.

God did not call Christians to establish common ground with unbelievers. He told us to preach the good new of salvation through Jesus Christ. It does not matter to these “Christian” leaders that Islam rejects Jesus Christ as the Savior of mankind and the Son of God?

I also find it unbelievable that Christians would call Mohammad a prophet. This demonic man got nothing from God but instead he established a religion that would be in direct opposition to God’s people.

I also have news for all of you.continue reading

David Wilkerson’s Prophecy of Run on American Banks

I don’t doubt there will be an economic panic someday soon but I am not going to put too much stock in a prophecy make many years ago by David Wilkerson who also made other prophecies that did not come to pass. I have his book here called, “Racing Towards Judgment” it was written in 1976 and it said many such things. I think that book makes the point I made clear enough.

: “In PREPARATION, October 1993(Rebecca, Box 545, Latham, NY 12110. ‘There has come to hand a prophetic word through David Wilkerson transcribed during a sermon.

I am a radical Fundamentalist

I also am also one of those Fundamentalists, Evangelicals, Bible thumpers or whatever people call true Christians these days. The Far Left need not apply to be members of our exclusive Body without a spiritual rebirth.

I am a radical Fundamentalist: “I am a radical Fundamentalist by Donald Hank So was Mom. So was Dad. As far as I recall, our whole family, except for 2 unchurched uncles, were radical fundamentalists who professed a naïve belief in the whole Word of God. And here’s the bizarre part: Not one of us misfits has been observed to strap a belt of explosives to ourselves and blow ourselves up in a crowded bus terminal.

Willowcreek has Jimmy Carter at Annual Leadership Summit. Next year, Antichrist?

Jan Markell understands what other Church leaders that attend Bill Hybels events continually miss. The Church is not about learning worldly success. It is not about inviting world leaders to teach us worldly philosophies of men. It is especially not about inviting world leaders who prove that they do not believe fundamental moral concepts found in the Bible. These leaders might call themselves Christians but when they continually are on the side and promote those living in immoral lifestyles the Bible says to remove them from the Church. We are not to fellowship with them. Yet Hybels often invites famous people to teach Christian leaders who oppose what any true Christian knows is right and moral.continue reading

The Church of the Dead Sea or the Church of the dead Me?

Once in a while Dave Daubenmire’s observations leave me somewhat bewildered. I don’t know where he attends church but his observation in this article are not based on the facts. Most Christians do not go to Church three times a week and none are over-stuffed with the word. You are luck to get Christians to attend church once a week for one or two hours. Most Christians are starving for the lack of the word being taught. I have yet to meet one Christian that is over-stuffed with the word. Most Christians have never even read through the Bible in their entire lifetime.continue reading

Carlton Pearson says nobody goes to hell and becomes a heretic

You cannot teach things contrary to what God said and be regarded as a teacher of the Christian faith. Carlton Pearson was a heretic long before he more recently proved it to his own congregation and his denomination. He was in the heretical name it and claim it Word Faith Movement that is so prevalent on TBN. Is it any wonder that these unstable men go from one heresy to the next? With Carlton the defining moment came when he came to believe that the Bible was not the world of God?? Now why would a “believer” ever believe that? Obviously someone told him the Bible was the world of God sometime during his life but he never ever found out the truth for himself.continue reading

Father Jonathan speaks for Pope?

I greatly respect Father Jonathan but can’t the Pope make these things clear himself? I wish you were the head of the Catholic Church, Father, then maybe we would get somewhere, but you are not. We read what this Pope said. If he did not mean what the press communicated on his writings he should be the one to clarify it. Anyone can use their own beliefs and spin to try to tell us that the Pope is not excluding non Catholics from the Body of Christ but I want to hear that said from the head man himself.

You say the Pope does not believe all non Catholics will all go to hell but that is not the issue.continue reading

Pope says Protestants are not in the Body of Christ

I hope you ecumenically minded Protestants realized what this Pope just spelled out. He said that Protestant clergy are not ordained and they are therefore not priests in the one true Church. He also said that the means of salvation are not found in those churches. Thus, no matter how you want to spin it the Pope just said that all Protestant Christians are not saved unless they return to the apostolic authority of the Catholic Church.

Some of you that thought you could fellowship with this church as fellow Christians should now see that you have been deceived. In Catholicism there is only one true church, it is their church.continue reading
