The big shift to the great apostasy and its doctrines of demons.

I hardly knew what to do with this article because I hate quoting so much of anyone’s writing but in this case i think it is necessary. I really want you to read this entire article for yourself because you need to know where all the “New Spirituality” you hear on Oprah and the “shift” talk of the emergent movement and the popular feel good ministers of TV are taking people.

If this article does not convince you that we are the verge of the great apostasy of “Christianity” I guess nothing will wake you up. What follows are some clip quotes from the article but you really have to read the full article to get the full flavor of this.… continue reading

Comparing The life of Jesus with the life of Muhammad

This is a great article that compares the life of Jesus with the life of Muhammad. When one looks at the life of the founders of the two religion there really is no comparison between the two.

One point though, if anyone really thinks the world is 33 percent Christian they do not know what a Christian is. I will admit that 33 percent of the world identify with Christianity but that is not the same thing as them being Christians.

Jesus and Muhammad compared

What motivates fundamental Muslims to violence? Much effort has gone into answering this. Muslim apologists are quick to point out Christians have also committed violence.

Chuck Baldwin equates international bankers with moneychangers in God’s temple?

Chuck Baldwin usually has some good points as he does in this article but some of what he says is simply way off the mark.

Chuck makes a huge leap by saying the moneychangers in the temple were the equivalent of the international bankers of our day. First of all, they are not. They would be more the equivalent of a local exchange service changing dollars for peso’s or dollars for Canadian loonies. Jesus did not throw them out of the temple because they were international bankers and international power brokers. He threw them out of the temple because they were making money on money that was meant to be be given to God in tithes and offerings.… continue reading

Biblical texts often taken out of context by prosperity teachers and others

Three biblical texts that are often taken out of context by health, wealth and prosperity teachers

A TEXT TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT, IS A PRETEXT FOR PROOF-TEXT

Here are three of the most taken out of context, misplaced, misapplied, misappropriated, and misinterpreted Bible verses that we hear. All three of these verses are found in Matthew 18:18-20; all three of these verses have to do with church discipline; and all three of these verses can mean only one thing in their proper context. Let’s take a look…

“The Shack” is “The Message” outhouse.

“The Shack” is not about a basketball player it is a book that twists the Gospel. If you are buying into the message of this book thought up in an outhouse you are buying into damnable heresy. The endorsement on the cover of this heretical book is from Eugene Peterson, author of “The Message”. “This book has the potential to do for our generation what John Bunyan’s ‘Pilgrim’s Progress’ did for his. It’s that good!” Eugene Peterson, author of The Message (Front cover endorsement)

I for one am fed up with those who quote “The Message” as if it were the Bible.continue reading

Can Evangelical Christians practice Wicca and support what God calls abominations?

Lets be clear about one thing. Evangelical Christians are not taking part in Wicca. People who call themselves Evangelical Christians are getting involved in Wicca. Just because people go to a so called evangelical denomination does not make them a Christian.

I read another article today that talked about how Evangelicals were supporting Democratic political figures like Obama and Hillary. Many that call themselves Evangelicals have moved to the Far Left because absolute truths of the Bible mean nothing to them. They are just following what they learn from worldly media. This just shows that many in the Evangelical churches never learned or never believed the truths in the Bible in the first place.… continue reading

To hell with all things appropriate

I find those who nit pick words and like to criticize Christians who use language for effect, often do so because it disturbs their refined Casper-Milk-Toast version of Christianity that never ventures beyond the white picket fence around their church to confront anything.

They criticize the words of others who are only trying to communicate effectively in today’s real world, while they themselves speak only a holier-then-thou self-approved Christian ghetto language called Christianize.

Some Christians think we are to confront the world with wet noodles.
Words of warfare are most effective if you are not unduly bound by Christianize ghetto language restrictions.… continue reading

Communists everywhere!

We have people with Communist ideas leading the Democratic Party which should change its name to the socialist party. Now we have these emerging leaders in Christianity spouting Communism and we also have Word Churches, some Pentecostals and the World Counsel of Churches looking to bring in a Christian utopia based on Communist principles. So Communism is not dead it has just shape shifted into the American mainstream. Mao would be so proud. He is taking America and is destroying Christianity without firing a shot.

It is unbelievable how far Americans and Christians have strayed from their ideals in the last fifty years.… continue reading

Does Chuck Colson know the Christian faith well enough to teach theology?

I wrote some about Chuck Colson and his new book that claims that Christians do not know their theology like the Muslims. It was posted on this Blog on Feb 15th. Chuck tells us his book will provide a new theological grounding for Christians. Not the Bible, Chuck’s theology in his new book.

As I implied in my article, Chuck Colson’s version of Christianity is a little too broad for me. I mean, Colson even suggests that all those that are ignorant of their faith are Christians. I guess he believes you are a Christian if you attend a Christian church.… continue reading

Jim Bakker is back on the air and cooks up a new Heritage like Village called Morningside

I am not going to judge the man I think he paid his dues. I just thought many would like to know that Jim Bakker is back on the air and has created something very much like Heritage Village all over again. This project is called Morningside. I don’t think Jim Bakker will make the same mistakes he made with Heritage Village because this project is backed by a wealthy businessman who believed in Bakkers idea for a Christian community.

We will have to wait and see what the content of his new show will be like but I know he has renounced the property gospel and just maybe he can do something useful promoting the gospel in his old age.… continue reading

Without natural affection in the last days

Who do most blacks and even black Christians vote for? They even vote for blacks that help kill their own babies. Many that have the abortions and the leaders they follow are without natural affection.

“Officer!” I bellowed from
my lofty perch above the death-camp directed towards a patrol car sitting at the
entrance of the clinic. “There is a hate-crime taking place inside that
building. A white doctor is killing black babies by the dozens. DO something to
protect them.”
As is often the case, the cops wish there was a sniper in the
vicinity to silence my appeals for the unborn.

Chuck Colson’s new book provides a theological grounding for Christians?

Chuck Colson is correct that the church in America needs to return to orthodoxy and truth. We need more leaders rejecting the postmodern trend that is rethinking and redefining known Christian truths.

Having said that, Chuck Colson is part of the problem because he wants the largely dead church in America to go back to the truth it never embraced. The true Church in America is much smaller then Colson would have you believe. It does not include most of the apostate Liberals and the Catholics that Chuck Colson so readily embraces as Christians. Most of these have a culture or a religion, not Christ.… continue reading

Defining Evangelicalism Down to Secular Humanism

One of the things that really bugs me about the new “Evangelical” left leaders like Rick Warren is that they act like the Church was doing nothing to help people before they arrived on the scene with all their horns and whistles blowing. They insult the millions of missionaries who quietly worked in mission fields and the Holy Spirit who worked through them.

The big difference between the real missionaries and the postmodern version is that the real missionaries gave and give people more than just physical aid for the symptoms of diseases in this world. They gave the people the cure of spiritual life.continue reading

Asking unbelievers to help reinvent Christianity

So here you have a conference led by apostates. Inviting unbelievers to re-think or re-invent Christianity. In other words, they wish to made Christianity more relevant to the postmodern generation that does not believe in the absolute truths defined in the Bible. They want a Christianity without biblical doctrine where all religions are equal paths to God.

The conference premise is so absurd that anyone who bought into the concept might as well call themselves by some other name besides Christians. They may believe in the apostasy of universalism but they do not believe or follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.continue reading

Christians corrupted by the satanic world system.

Chuck Baldwin tells it the way it is in the Church in America. Can you honestly say he is wrong about most of what he said in this article? If not, what a sorry excuse for a Church American “Christians” leaders and church members have become. Is it any wonder why American Christians are about to reap the consequences of being double minded?

clipped from www.newswithviews.com
The problem is manifold, of
course. For the most part, our pastors have become glorified politicians and
business executives. As attorneys are not schooled in the Constitution, today’s
ministers are not schooled in the Scriptures.

Is there a New Apostolic Reformation or an old deception?

I came across this excellent article today about “The Roots and Fruits of the New Apostolic Reformation”, by Bob De Waay. It is about how the Latter Rain movement morphed into the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR).

Christians need to know the truth about these self appointed anointed and other Christians need to separate from these leaders bringing them into Apostasy.

One thing I have found out for myself over the years is that when certain leaders claim Apostolic positions and special prophetic anointing from God they are always lying.

The Super Bowl Golden Calf goes to church

If Paul Procter discernment about this golden calf hits a little to close to home at your church. Maybe something should change at your church

clipped from www.newswithviews.com

“If you can’t
beat ’em – join ’em.” And so, the Church Super Bowl party was born.

Instead of
simply staying at home or heading out to some sports bar to watch the game in
postponed shame and make apologies or excuses later for choosing football over
faith, many decided to just take the big game to church with them as if that
somehow made it holy. As the numbers and excitement around megachurch big
screens grew, another golden calf emerged.

The coming persecution

Every Christian in America needs to read this article. The persecution will be upon Christians sooner than you might think.

clipped from www.christianworldviewnetwork.com

Now this is an article that should get your attention. Sadly, many refuse to be willing to consider the possibility of persecution against Christians in America. “It can’t happen here.” What a naive people we have become. Do we really believe that we
are immune to what history so clearly teaches? History is full of examples of tyrannical governments persecuting Christians. We seem to think that if we just do our own thing while our country falls into the depths of anti-Christ paganism, they will leave us alone.

Rick Warren continues to make very bazaar statements

Rich Warren says the future of the world lies in religious pluralism. Does this man read his Bible at all? The future of the world lies in Jesus Christ alone. Why are Christians still following this double minded man?

clipped from www.christianworldviewnetwork.com
Secularism is quite small outside Europe and Manhattan,” he joked.
“The future of the world lies in religious pluralism.”
–Rick Warren

Read through the points carefully again, and you will see where Rick Warren is taking evangelicals. His beliefs about pluralism explain why he can go to Jewish synagogues and never mention the name of Christ, or appear at secular conferences or shows like Comedy Central and never once mention Jesus and the way of eternal salvation.

Rick Warren continues pushing his social gospel by joining with “One”

Joseph Farah makes the case in his article that many “Christian” charities including Rick Warren’s origination have made their bed with government, religious, and business organizations. They are joining with world elitist’s and abdicating to elitist’s what the Church was directed to do to help get out the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The evident problem is that the Church does get the credit for feeding the poor and there is no gospel message given to feed the souls when they join with a non Christian organizations like “One”

What fellowship does light have with darkness? In the final analysis, Warren and the Christian originations that align with “One” are further evidence that they have bought into a social gospel.continue reading
