America is only one EMP attack away from complete national catastrophe

I have written several articles on the danger of any EMP attack on the United States already, but yesterday I ran across what I think is the best scientific description and analysis of the three components (E1, E2, and E3) from a nuclear EMP that I have read.

The recent attacks from North Korea on South Korea seem designed to show its own military leaders that the son of Kim Il-sung has what it takes to succeed him and lead their country.

North Korea is really a military dictatorship. The military of North Korea is the all important to the Kim dynasty. Rule by we the people, or rule by a dictator and appointed judges?

A federal judge has now told the government that the Don’t-Ask-Don’t-Tell law for people serving in the military is unconstitutional after being in effect in this nation for 17 years. So now the military is suddenly told to allow open homosexuals to serve. However, before that DADT law was even passed, homosexuals were not allowed in the military for the whole prior history of this nation. So if this seventeen year old DADT law was stuck down it seems to me that the previous rule of law for the military should remain in effect. Being scary is just too cool on Halloween.

Halloween is the time of the year when Mahmud Ahmadinejad masks sell like hot cakes because for some reason people think that having the scariest mug on the planet is just too cool on Halloween. Ahmadinejad by himself could haunt a house in the Christian most parts of Lebanon. This week he is on his way to do just that in person. A large mortgage on a property now only makes sense as the ultimate hedge against inflation because the government will be financing and subsidizing your tangible property for the duration of the loan.

The reason why long term interest rates are so ridiculously low is that people running our economic system fear deflation so they are spending money that we do not have to kick the can (the day of reckoning) down the road. I think it is now obvious that our government will not allow a deflationary depression. We are heading for a lot of inflation in the future. I have been saying all along that there will not be any real economic recovery any time soon. Now it looks like the markets have finally figured that out as well. By this fall unemployment will be rising again. When one third of the homes being sold in America are in foreclosure how in the world can people expect a real economic recovery?
