I wish to express my thanks to all the Christian teachers who have assisted in my education over many years.
I dedicate this book to my wife Diana. I thank her for the work she put in to edit this work which is not an easy task for someone like myself who is spelling handicapped and who also cares little about using correct rules of grammar. I also thank her for the comments she made and her suggestions for improvement. Most of all I thank her for the patience she had over the last year because of the time I spent on this project.
I also have to thank God for the gifts He has given me and the gifts He has given others to create word processors and electronic publishing. Without these gifts I would certainly be totally lost.
